About this place

Jumpin Gym is Hong Kong's largest chain-style indoor amusement center brand. Families visit to enjoy a lively indoor arcade atmosphere packed with coin/token-operated games, popular claw machines, basketball shooters, and the brand's iconic Rainbow Toss game, where players land tokens on a giant rainbow board to win prize tickets.

Things to know

Token-Only Gameplay

All machines require tokens rather than cash. The base rate is HKD 2 per token, but look out for bulk packages or coupons on the mall and MoneyBack apps.

Membership Card Recommended

Purchasing a basic membership card (around HKD 30) gives you access to cheaper token packages, birthday gifts, and promotional coupon books.

No Playground Maze

Unlike larger flagship outlets, this V City branch is a standard arcade layout. It does not feature the Jumpin' Gym Maze soft play zone, slides, or large mechanical rides.

Save Your Tickets

Prize tickets won from the machines can be saved electronically onto your membership card. They do not expire quickly, so you can accumulate them over multiple visits.

Getting here

By MTR

Take the Tuen Ma Line to Tuen Mun Station. Take Exit C3, D, or E, which leads directly into the MTR floor of the V City shopping mall.

By Bus

Alight at the Tuen Mun Station Public Transport Interchange located directly below the mall. Many routes stop here, including 58M, 60M, 68A, 961, and A33X.

By car

Drive to 83 Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road and follow the signs to enter the V City Commercial Carpark.

By Taxi

Taxis can drop passengers off directly at the dedicated Tuen Mun Station Taxi Stand on the ground level below V City.

By Walking

If walking on foot from Tuen Mun town center, overhead climate-controlled footbridges connect directly to V City's main entrances.

Good to know

How much do tokens cost, and are there any discounts?
The regular price is HKD 2 per token. However, it is highly recommended to buy in packages. The mall frequently offers promotions such as buying 30 tokens (HKD 60) to get 10 free, or bulk club offers where buying 300 tokens (HKD 600) yields 240 complimentary tokens.
Is there a soft-play ball pit or climbing maze at the V City branch?
No. The V City branch is an arcade-style venue. For large-scale indoor soft-play mazes and mechanical children's rides, you will need to visit the larger flagship locations, such as the Whampoa Garden branch.
How do we redeem prizes?
Ticket-dispensing arcade games will award you paper tickets, or log digital tickets directly onto your membership card. You can take these tickets to the redemption counter at the front of the store to claim prizes ranging from small snacks and candies to large plush toys and household electronics.
Do we have to pay to enter if we aren't playing?
No, entry to the arcade floor is completely free. You only pay for the individual tokens used to operate the machines.
Is it worth getting a membership?
Absolutely. A basic annual membership is cheap (usually HKD 30) and immediately unlocks heavily discounted token packages, special member gifts, and birthday rewards.
