About this place

Jumpin Gym is Hong Kong's largest chain of indoor family amusement centers. Families visit to play traditional and modern arcade games, try claw machines, throw coins at the famous Rainbow Toss, win tickets for prizes, and let younger kids release energy in the signature Bounce Maze soft play area.

Good to know

Is there an admission fee to enter Jumpin Gym?
No, entry to the main arcade floor is entirely free. Parents and kids only pay for individual arcade games or entry to the Bounce Maze using purchased game tokens.
How do we apply for a membership, and what are the benefits?
You can register for a membership at the service counter for a small fee (approx. HK$30). It grants access to heavily discounted token bundle packages and allows you to save your game tickets onto a card to redeem larger prizes later.
Are there baby care facilities nearby?
Yes. Since Jumpin Gym is located inside T Town North, parents have immediate access to the mall's baby care rooms (nurseries), family-friendly toilets, and diaper-changing stations.
Can adults play the games too?
Yes! While the Bounce Maze soft play is for children, the main arcade is highly popular with adults. Parents can join in on classic games like the Rainbow Toss, basketball machines, claw machines, and coin pushers.
What happens to my unspent tokens?
Tokens do not expire and can be taken home to use during your next visit. If you have a membership card, you can also store your token balance digitally.
