Established in 1994, Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's dominant chain of indoor family entertainment centers. The Tung Chung branch at Citygate Outlets offers a lively, air-conditioned environment filled with traditional token-operated arcade games, claw machines, ticket-redemption game booths (including the famous 'Happy Rainbow' coin-toss game), and mechanical rides. It serves as a perfect pitstop for families to let kids play and burn off energy during a shopping day.
Things to know
Socks are Crucial
If your children plan to play in any active soft-play zones, mazes, or ball pits, non-slip socks are strictly required for both kids and supervising adults. It is highly recommended to pack a pair from home.
The Token System
All games and rides operate using physical tokens, which cost a standard rate of HKD 2 per token.
Height Requirements
Some mechanical rides or motion attractions require children to be at least 80 cm tall, and children under 140 cm must be accompanied on rides by a supervising adult.
No Outside Food/Drink
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the game and play zones to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Getting here
Take the Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station. Take Exit B or Exit C. The mall is directly integrated with the station, and the walk to the entrance takes about 1 minute. Take the escalators or lifts to the 5th Floor.
Over 50 bus routes service the Citygate Outlets bus terminal and surrounding stops. If traveling from the Hong Kong International Airport, take bus S1 or S64 (approx. 10 minutes travel time).
Drive via the North Lantau Highway directly to Tung Chung. Access the mall parking via Tat Tung Road (P2 Car Park entrance) or Man Tung Road (P3 Car Park entrance). P1 Car Park is not recommended as it does not qualify for free parking promotions.
