Good to know

What is Jakewell's return and exchange policy?
Regular-priced and unused items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original state with original packaging intact. Items are non-refundable. No exchanges are allowed for opened or used items, display units, discounted items, or products bought during specific promotional sales events. If a product arrives damaged, parents must notify customer service with photos within 24 hours of receipt.
Does Jakewell offer free delivery, and how are larger furniture items handled?
Free local delivery is provided for orders over HK$599 (some heavy items, installation services, or remote island destinations may require a surcharge). For large items like baby cots, cribs, or furniture, Jakewell's specialized team will contact the buyer within 1 to 2 business days to organize a tailored delivery and assembly appointment.
What does the product warranty cover?
Official warranties (usually 1 to 2 years, depending on the brand or product) start from the date of purchase or delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in core structures (such as electric motors or internal frames). It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, improper cleaning, incorrect self-installation, or products bought from unauthorized retailers. Parents must present their original sales invoice or receipt to claim warranty service.
How do you adjust the Stokke Tripp Trapp growth chair sold here?
The chair's seat and footplate heights and depths can be manually adjusted to keep your child comfortable and ergonomically supported as they grow. It can be fitted with a Newborn Set for babies under 6 months, a Baby Set with a harness for toddlers, and can eventually be stripped down to a standard chair that safely supports adults weighing up to 136 kg (300 lbs).
What are the different ways parents can use the Doona stroller/car seat?
The Doona has three distinct configurations: 1. Car Seat Mode: Wheels are folded under, and the handlebar serves as an anti-rebound safety bar inside a vehicle. 2. Pull-Along Mode: Wheels are extended, and the handle is upright to easily navigate tight or crowded pedestrian areas. 3. On-the-Go Mode: Wheels are fully extended with the handle pulled back at a 45-degree angle to function as a standard pram or stroller.
