Santa's Secret Kingdom: The Enchanted Story Ceremony runs at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, on select dates between 28 November and 26 December 2026. The 60-minute indoor session is designed for families with children, offering timed morning slots from 9am to 12pm and afternoon slots from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
Children take part in interactive storytelling with live elves, holiday games, crafts, and a private meet-and-greet with Father Christmas. Tickets cost HK$648 per person aged 2 and older, while babies under 2 enter free. Each group needs at least one adult for every three children.

Booking opens on 1 October 2026 at 7am on the Lapland HK site. Set a reminder so you can pick your date early.
Write the wish list
Your child writes a letter to Santa before the visit. Bring it on the day, as it works as their ticket.
Watch the letterbox
After you book, Head Elf Doink posts a personalised invitation with a map, so your little one can lead the way.
Santa time included
Each child is called by name to meet Santa, who reads their wish list. A small gift and a family photo are part of the visit.

At Island Shangri-La in Admiralty. Look for the Santa's Secret Kingdom check-in desk in the hotel lobby.
What happens inside?
The elves find the words have vanished from Santa's storybook, so children help on an interactive rescue mission with arts and crafts. Then they meet Santa and finish with a festive song.
